Originally born and raised in Chicago, Tom has enjoyed the South Florida lifestyle for over 30 years. He traded the cold winters for the tropical climate and City life for the beautiful beaches and outdoor lifestyle offered by South Florida.
Tom brings a unique element to his real estate services. An extensive background in construction and remodeling allows him to assist Buyers in assessing the potential for renovation and the costs involved. Over the last ten years Tom has personally purchased a number of residences, undertaken renovations and re-marketed the properties at a profit. This aspect of Tom’s real estate services is valuable to buyers in assessing the benefit of renovation that is especially important when evaluating whether to buy an original or remodeled residence. He saves his customers not only time, but potentially money during this process.
Tom is genuinely fascinated by the real estate industry and extremely competent at researching and identifying market opportunities with an in-depth knowledge of the waterways of Broward’s luxury communities. He is a good listener and keen observer of the details that are necessary to ensure effective negotiations and works diligently in the best interests both the buyer and sellers he is fortunate to work with.
Tom’s philanthropic efforts include volunteering with the Humane Society. He is also a welcome addition to the Florida Luxurious Breakfast Club.
