319 Coconut Isle offers history to Fort Lauderdale's famous waterways!

Pecky cypress ceilings keep this home's rustic tradition.

Florida Luxurious Properties proudly presents a piece of history for Las Olas Isles.

319 Coconut Isle Drive is not just your ordinary 1920s Florida home. Along with it's neighborly original homes here in South Florida, 319 Coconut Isle features soaring ceilings, added space, and larger bedrooms; however, there's something a little more special about this traditionally decorated Las Olas Isles home. In the early 1920s, a lot of farmers were coming to explore the lush landscaping that Fort Lauderdale so greatly offered. One of these farmers, a coconut farmer from the islands, decided to build his home as close to the beach as he possibly could. This farmer was the first to build his home on this road and when it came time to name the street, what better than "Coconut Isle"?! Today, this street name still holds the memory of this first settler and the current home owner has a lot of the history documented to transfer with the sale of their home, not to mention a an honorary plaque from Fort Lauderdale's Society Scene.

Some of this home's features include high pecky cypress exposed-beam ceilings, a brand new kitchen with Wolf, Sub Zero, and gas appliances, and a large office in addition to 3 large bedrooms.  The intelligent use of 50 feet of waterfront hosts a 5000 pound lift for a small craft on the inner dock while the current owner's large 40 footer sits on the external side.
