Erika Axani and Jose A Gouvea from Florida Luxurious Properties had the pleasure to open one of their exclusive listings for a wonderful event named SAGE & Friends Fort Lauderdale.
SAGE is the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults. With offices in New York City, Washington, DC and Chicago, SAGE coordinates a growing network of 27 local SAGE affiliates in 20 states and the District of Columbia. The event honored Tony Timiraos, a founding Executive Director of Our Fund, Fort Lauderdale’s LGBT Community Foundation.
The award winning residence, designed around quality and efficiency, was completed in 2011 with almost 5,000 sq. ft. of interior space. It was designed and built by Paterson Project Management, Inc. and located on the Middle River in Fort Lauderdale, offering 300’ wide canal views. This incredible residence is the private home of a Broward developer, who graciously offered to host such a successful event.
